You pay for a licence and the minutes you record
ML10 costs €19.99 per licenced user per month, plus the recording time you buy through the Minutes Wallet. Roughly one minute of recording covers 500 sq ft, so a 20,000 sq ft floor is about 40 minutes. There is no annual commitment and no minimum term — you pay monthly, in advance, and cancel when you like.

Choose how much recording time you expect to use in a month. Top up at any time. The per-minute rate is shown in the app at the point of purchase.
How to work out what you need
Recording time is the only variable, and it maps directly to floor area: about one minute per 500 sq ft. You do not need to estimate assets, users or sites — just the space you intend to walk.
- A 20,000 sq ft floor is roughly 40 minutes of recording.
- A 100,000 sq ft headquarters is roughly 200 minutes.
- Re-walking a site later costs the same again — there is no separate re-survey fee.
- Unused recording time does not carry over beyond the period in your plan.
Three plans at launch
Lite, Pro and Enterprise. They differ in how much recording time is included and which modules are enabled. The full breakdown is confirmed at launch — we would rather publish it once it is fixed than publish a table that changes.
Try it before you pay anything
The free trial gives you 30 seconds of recording per recording, with no payment card details required. It is enough to walk a room, upload it and see what comes back — which is the only way to judge whether the output is worth paying for.

Pricing, answered
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. Subscriptions run monthly and you can cancel at any time — access ends at the close of the month you have already paid for.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- It is retained for a 60 day cooling-off period and then permanently deleted. You can also choose which cloud region your scan data is stored in.
- Why is the per-minute rate not shown here?
- Because it is still being set ahead of launch, and a number published now would be wrong later. The rate is shown at the point of purchase, and our terms refer to the price shown at that moment rather than a figure fixed on this page.
- Do I need a licence for everyone in the team?
- One per person who needs access to the platform. Recording time is shared from the Minutes Wallet rather than allocated per user.
